arrival time, three days before your arrival date, you
will receive by e-mail complimentary voucher to show at the
shuttle desk to Fiumicino airport located in front of terminal
exit.(Available from h. 06:30 a.m. to h. 09:30

Our organization is the only one able to pride itself of 3 desks
directly managed at each arrival Terminal in Fiumicino Airport
(Terminal A, B and C) well indicated, always supported by
multilingual staff and easy to reach. Our shared shuttle service
runs every day (including holidays and Sundays) with the following
regular timetable:
- FROM THE AIRPORT: from 07.45 to 21.30 (frequency
every 30 minutes)
- FROM THE HOTELS: from. 06.30 to 21.00 (frequency every 30
minutes)
Unlike some services whenever your customers arrives with a
delayed flight they are allowed to use the first shuttle available
(regular departures every 30 min); this means no more extra charge
for you.
The service is provided with 11-seat minivan; this allows us to
offer a very quick shared service (journey to the hotel 50/60
minutes ca.) and the maximum comfort on board (bran new fleet
completely renewed in 2006 with air conditioning, wide luggage van
and all the most important security systems). Ample space in the
back provides comfortable transport of luggage inside the vehicle,
never on racks mounted on top of the vehicle.
Our shared shuttle service operates regularly each 30 minutes
for more than 14 hours per day covering a very wide range of flight
arrivals. All your customer arriving between 7:45am and 09:30 pm
can get it.
